• Warranty period: 15 years from date of purchase. If a warranty case occurs during the warranty period, the warranty period is not extended.
• Geographical coverage of the warranty:the warranty applies to all buyers based in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
• Terms of the warranty:
  • (1) The warranty relates to the breaking strength of the wooden post. It is guaranteed that the wooden post will not break due to rotting. Breakage due to mechanical impact (e.g. collision with vehicles) is not covered.
  • (2) In the event of a warranty claim, the purchased product will be repaired, replaced or the purchase price refunded at the discretion of the guarantor. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed by the guarantor if he has expressly confirmed this in advance.
  • (3) The warranty applies only to the purchaser and is not transferable.
• Exclusion of warranty:
  
  • (1) The warranty does not apply if the defect is due to improper use and/or failure to observe the installation instructions, operating instructions and/or maintenance instructions.
  • (2) Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by natural wear and tear, wear and tear dependent on use, overloading, overvoltage, lightning strike, wilful destruction, transport and accidental damage after receipt of the goods as well as repair and rectification attempts by the customer or third parties commissioned by him. Damage to the product caused by accessories that were not included in the delivery contents is also not covered.
  • (3) The warranty does not apply to accessories that are included in the delivery contents of the product.
• Enforcement of the warranty:
  To enforce a warranty, the buyer must send a letter to the above address or an e-mail to shop@electric-fence.co.uk describing the case of warranty. The buyer must prove the warranty by means of the invoice or other appropriate documents (e.g. order confirmation), on the basis of which the buyer, the date of purchase and the purchased product can be identified.

  • (1) The warranty refers to the UV resistance/mechanical properties of the product. Guaranteed is the resilience (elasticity, tension and breaking strength) of the PE monofilament threads in the farmNET nets.
  • (2) In case of a warranty claim, the purchased product will be repaired, replaced or the purchase price refunded at the discretion of the guarantor. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed by the guarantor if he has expressly confirmed this beforehand.
  • (3) The warranty is only valid for the buyer and is not transferable.
• Exclusion of warranty:
  • (1) A colour change due to UV exposure is not included.
  • (2) The warranty does not apply if the defect is due to improper use and/or failure to observe the installation instructions, operating instructions and/or maintenance instructions.
  • (3) Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by natural wear and tear, wear and tear dependent on use, overloading, wilful destruction, transport and accidental damage after receipt of the goods as well as repair and rectification attempts by the customer or third parties commissioned by him. Damage to the product caused by accessories that were not included in the delivery contents is also not covered.
